Hi,
Please advise how one can assign the lower & upper threshold values; let’s say for a project like feasibility study of a gold mine.

    Dear Muhammad,

    What exactly lower & upper threshold values for which parameters? Are you talking about return on investment or about the scope, time and cost of a project.

    Usually, at the very early stages of a project, the limits of uncertainity are around 25%. This is reduced up to 3% when the project is tendered.
