Tools: Users: Problems..........

When i go to the tab, Tools- Users tab and then i tried to close the users, i am getting a message "Project Management - Total named users exceed Licensed Maximum users"........

i tried to change to check/ uncheck all options in the named user and concurrent user.....but still i am getting the same message.........

What can be the problem then?????

    You exceeded the total number of licensed in Primavera. How many users connected or defined in the Primavera? How many licensed allowed?

    Dear Mr. Rodel,

    I have installed Standalone version of P6 , and no other users are connected to my network.

    I dont have problem in my software. But if i go to user tab , i am facing problem......

    Any other solution

    Have you define another user aside from admin? If not then click Admin-> Users...-> Licensing tab. Untick everything except for Project Management.

    Dear Mr. Rodel,

    Still the problem persists..i untick all keeping only Project management.....i am getting the same message. I even cant close this users dialog box also.........

    Any other solution.......

    Haresh,
    What license are you using? It maybe expired or corrupted.
    Select Help-> About Primavera-> System tab. Scroll down until you find the License section. You will see how many license and date of expiration.

    What version are you using? Is it 6.0?

    I am using version Primavera 6.0 , i dont have problem with licencing of this software.

    Haresh,
    as far as I can remember, using a stand-alon P6.0, you should choose Named user and tick only Project Management
