Open/Import P3 file in P6

Gents,
I’m experiencing something weird here. I wanted to open/import a P3 file in P6, but P6 was "Unable to open project XXXX in directory C:\XXXX\XXXX".
The project file itself works properly when i tried to open it in P3.
Any clue?
