New batch Timesheets cannot be opened

I created a new batch of timesheets for 2011, but they cannot be opened by the Progress Reporter users.
- I see them in the list of created timesheets in Admin\Timesheet Dates...
- In Admin/Admin Preferences... the number of future timesheets users are alowed to access is 200

I don't remember having this problem last year can anyone help?
We use Primavera Project Management Release 5.0 SP2

    Problem solved, our system

    Problem solved, our system administator updated (54 updates) and restarted the server. Now the timesheets are available.
