Interface problems

Hi!

I'm a beginner in planning and P6. I've installed P6.2.1, it seems running correctly but there are some interface problems. The dividing line appears and dissapears. I've got Win7 x64, I tried to install P6 both x64 version and  32-bit but problem is exists. Here are screenshots.

    I've installed P6 on my desktop with WinXP and everything works correctly. But problem is still exists on my laptop with Win 7.
