comparison in (P6) ???

Good morning planners 

 

I faced problem ,How can I make comparison in (P6) between Baseline Schedule and Update Schedule so I can display in the program?

 

please advise

    You should create baseline,

    You should create baseline, then set a baseline, then show the Baseline Bars and/or display the Variance columns.

    If you display the Baseline bars without setting a Baseline you will display the Planned Dates which is not a good idea, so make sure you set a Baseline before displaying the Baseline bars.
