Dears In p6 when I try to import data such as cost, expense in xls format to p6 project then wbs of that project file is collapsed. Can someone suggest tips how to import without disturbing wbs

    Nizam, Be careful when

    Nizam,

    Be careful when importing data, especially the 'import action' part, where you have a choice of import action.

    If you are importing cost data, the appropriate 'import action' would be 'update existing project'.

    The best way to do it is to export to XLS (excel) with that blank field and then copy and paste your data and import back in P6.
