P6V7 Project Acess Mode - Please help

Hi, I need you help please..

 

I am using P6v7, Stand Alone Version.

 

1: I cannot access my project on an exclusive mode... although I have "Superuser" profile/Privilage. I cannot open the project on an exclusive mode: File>Open>Project (exclusive mode not offered).

 

2: I created a reflection of my project and after a day of work/Analysis I want to merge it with the source.... I wasnt allowed.. option not offered> messsage "Both project cannot be open exclusively.... you cannt merge" Please help.... email me to bekhtim@engineer.com
