Awaiting your positive responses with referencce to above mentioned subject "Summarized PLanned & Actual % are showing above 100% i.e. 652 % & 546% in P6 .1 after updation.

What is the reason, how to mitigate the issue.

    How to add constriant to

    How to add constriant to finish milestone , which is before data date example an finish milestone currently having date of 28th march 2012 to constraint - must finish on or before 26th november 2011.

    p6.1 is not accepting.

    Please provide your exdpertise to solve the issue.

    What is basis of progress calculation? Manhours or Quantities or something else?

    Before data date you can not

    Before data date you can not assign any planned date to any activity or milestone. You will have to assign actual finish to finish milestone as 26th Nov.2011.
