1) Create a baseline to
1) Create a baseline to measure delays / advance from (Project Menu > Maintain baselines)
2) Assign that baseline to your current project (Project Menu > Assign Baselines)
3) Show the colums "Variance -BL Project Duration", "Variance -BL Project Finish Date", and "Variance -BL Project Start Date" (View Menu > Columns > "Durations" group)
4) For a visual represrentation, show the baseline bar in the gantt chart (View Menu > Bars)
