Recommended Hours per Time Periods

Hi Colleagues!
Good day. May I know what are the average/recommended Hours/Month and Hours/Year if I have the following parameters:
a. 8hrs x 7days workweek
Hours/Day - 8 hours
Hours/Week - 56 hours
Hours/Month - ???
Hours/Year - ???
b. 10hrs x 6days workweek
Hours/Day - 10 hours
Hours/Week - 60 hours
Hours/Month - ???
Hours/Year - ???
I'm looking forward for any recommendations. We know that every each month has different number of days, so I supposed there is something that we can use as averages.
