Team Member and Loadspring

I am looking for some answers; I am in the process of getting Team Member up and running for a client. I have Team Member running great on the PC and non, Apple devices. But I can not get the Iphone and the Ipad to extract data from P6 Web. I can login to the Loadspring's servers, but no data is showing up on the devices. I am not sure if it is a Loadspring problem or and Apple problem. At this point I even have Loadspring stumped. 

Has anyone had or have, Team Member running on the Iphone, Ipad using Loadspring services?
