Is there a way to Import Activity Code Values?

I now have some new Activity Codes created and have quite a few values to be added to some of the codes. Is there a way to import the Code Values?

    if your are using any version

    if your are using any version lower than 16.0 you can use the excel spreadsheet in conjunction with SDK.
