Brazilian project in Portuguese - what are Pontos?

I know pontos means points.  There is a different HH for manhours.  But also under resouces is "pontos".  I don't know if I should count them towards hours, or if they are Indirect hours?  If I leave them in the rate seems too high, if I remove them the rate seems too low.  Any ideas?

    where do you find these "pontos", why do you mean by "under resources"?
