Dear all
I am new to planning industry & I want to be a great planner in less time. What steps are required to be followed? I have just started career in refinery EPC / LSTK / others Projects. I want to learn how to plan a Refinery Oil & gas Project and Estimation. Can u suggest any book to understand the theory of Planning for Oil & Gas Projects?

Ritesh,

I believe great planners are the product of extensive experience. Are you looking for a tool- like Primavera?

Talking about oil and gas- it’s a broad scope. You’ve got to know the components, and perhaps to be in the project itself.
