    We use Success Driven Project

We use Success Driven Project Management method that is similar but more reliable: http://spiderproject.com/images/img/pdf/Methods%20and%20Tools%20of%20Success%20Driven%20Project%20Management.pdf

    The software: Spider Project

    PM,This link

    PM,

This link http://www.microsoft.com/project/en-us/critical-chain-pm.aspx highlights the software to be used for CCPM, using Microsoft Project 2010.

You can also check CCPM using Primavera P6.

    Regards....
