Has anyone made use of MS Outlook tasks and P3?
I would like to send out MS Outlook tasks to people responsible for activities within P3 which will allow them to accept and respond on dates etc. I know Primavera Post Office does something similar but it would be good if this task show’d in there Outlook Calendar giving them a Work to Do type of list.

Oldest first- 0Steven Oliver ·I got something like this to work via Excel.
As far as I remember, the activities concerned can be copied into Excel (Act_Desc, ES, EF say) and then imported into Outlook (File, Import) the P3/Excel data then has to be mapped to the Outlook fields.
Bit of a sledgehammer and nut jobby, but worked Ok in the end.
