kindly xplain how is tracking done in p3 in detail?

i mean the steps involved in tracking,

    Maybe I misunderstood the question, In heavy civils, I can show up as I weigh about 110Kg and am qualified. As for P3 I am a disciple. Open the activity view, and predessors or successors and track it from there
