    Joseph,

    You can use the export/ import to excel in P3e /PM5 or use the excel utilities for P3.1

    Try to use RA facilities that available in P3.1 CD (under RA folder, CMIIW)

    RA is a utility package or external program using ODBC link to access your P3.1 database. It is included on your CDP3.1 and have sample on how to use it. Excel utilities that I mention before are part of RA.

    Hi,
    If you would still like to continue with P3 interface, then please customise and add buttons for linking and delinking on your toolbar.
    Filter for the activities you had like to link.
    Select them and click link buttons.
    For Some, this is faster than going outside P3.

    Hi There;

    I recommend please check these excel files in P3 Installation CD;

    Under P3 CD-Support-UTILS-EXCEL-
    ACTIVITY.xls
    PROJECT.xls.
    and other excel files...

    I think they will help.
