How to forecast cost?

Dear All
Pl. send me an excell exercise to ficilitate me in making projection forcast cost for the rest of project either the project is already 70% finished but having less budget to consume. The questions are:
How much it will cost at completion?
Either by EVM or any other analytic methode ASAP.
