Oldest first- 0Forum Guest ·In Poland only a licensed architect or civil engineers can have an independent position in designing and building process, only he/she can sign and stamp a design (which is a base for the building permission and erection ) or survey the construction works.
For example licensed engineering designer has:
5 years study + final diploma + final exam,
after the study 3 years of practice, and after
Special exam ( similar to Professional Engineer exam in USA )
I would like to know the situation about am subject, in Ukraine.
