Allocation of Delays

We have 2 different types of delays because of Employer, I have prepared As-Planned-As Impacted schedule, Say Total Cal days due to delay 1 is 200 days & Total Cal days delay due to delay-2 is 300 days i.e a Total delay of 500 Cal days, As-Planned As Impacted schedule shows a delay of 600 days EoT 600 days, 100 days extra then the Total actual delays of 500 days, this is due to some of the activities are shifted to monsoon, additional Public holidays & weekend defined in the programme, now I have to allocate these delay of Monsoon ,Public holidays & weekend to one of the delay,Please suggest the right approach to do this.

We need this for the claim of Time related cost
