Cl 14 Fidic conditions for Master program

In one of my present project, Cl 14.1 has been approved and subsequently it was revised as per Cl 14.2. Now whether that Cl 14.2 can be considered as a baseline and the same can be considered for calculating EOT if any arises in future or the original Cl 14.1 program has to be compared?

    Hi Karthik

    The latest approved programme is the basis for establishing the impact of any delay event.

    The same programme is used for progress reports.
