P5 works in hours & minutes but you have elected to view the results in days. This means that it has to round -0.5 days of float up to read “-1.” Change your user preferences to view hours and minutes and to see your durations with decimal fractions and you will probably see the cause of your odd reading. Hi Hatem,

I addition to what Ronald said, check your user prefences -> Dates -> Time, check the box next to 12 hour. Check your project must finish date against with your Activity finish date. try to change the 12:00AM to 5:00PM

Try to compare these two things, thy must be equal in date and in time.
