Export Problem in P3

To whom it may concern,
Can somebody share on how to solve this problem...
In P3, I do export using .WK1 File type... When export is finished, I open the file.. But Microsoft Excel Message come out.
Msg box ("You are attempting to open a file type that is blocked by your registry policy setting").
