P6 Export Issue

Dear All,

I resource and cost loaded my schedule of P6 and upon exporting the same file for the review of consultant. He find the same file without any costs assigned to it. Budgeted Units do not vary from the original program, however costs do not get copied.

The other problem I am facing is after loading more than one resource on an item, the budgets cost for all previously loaded resources move directly to 0, be it material or labour.

Do you have any solution to the above problems?

    buddy, there are 5 options

    buddy, there are 5 options when you try to export your data, pls pick up the right option. Since I'm at home so I forgot which you supposed to tick, If I'm not mistaken it was a 2nd or third one (resource assignment) then you can export the data nicely
