Error while exporting project in excel format from p56

Hi guys,

 

Need some help regarding the error while exporting the file in excel format from Primavera P6

This error came recently, the error states

 

Export failed. 
Unexpected error from external database driver (1)
Please contact your administrator to correct the problem.

    what version of P6 and did this just begin to happen ?

    if this just stared to happen

    if this just stared to happen roll back the microsoft update to a previous update
