P6 - By moving the split bar, black lines appear

I got a brand new laptop with i5 CPU and 8GB ram. I installed P6 V17. When I move the split bar, black lines appear.

What should I do?

    This can happen if you have

    This can happen if you have the scaling set to a value that renders the bars to appear.Try changing your desktop display settings to have 100% scaling.
