Hello every one, 

how can i calculate the construction delay taking in account that the construction isn't finished yet?

    the delay is when it was

    the delay is when it was originally planned to finish - when it is forecated to finish

    original completion date December 15, 2018

    current completion date Jnauary 15, 2019

    Delay - 31 calendar days
