Is it possible to 'turn off' one project driving another project on the same node?

I have tried to make one project inactive. Without any joy....

    its bascially all reated

    its bascially all reated projects or none

    go to tools schedule

    click on the options button 

     at the top uncheck  ignore relationships to and from other projects
