Hi,
I need some help on the following scenario,
1. Project had a delay of 100 days due to Late issue of Notice to proceed.
2. Due to this delay one of the Key Date got shifted by 200 days & Project Completion date shifts by 150 days.
3. There are various other delay events on the above mentioned key date while the project was in progress.
4. Due to these other events Key Date got delayed by another 300 days.
5. Project was finally terminated and so the termination date is considered as completion date.
6. What is the total delay in the Project?
7. Is it 200 (Due to NTP) + 300 (Other events) = 500?
8. Or is it 150 (Due to NTP) + 300 (Other Events) = 450?
Thanks!
