Windows Analysis

A method of [[Delay Analysis]] that analyses the project in discrete 'windows' of time. The Status of the project and forecast Programme Completion Date is examined at the beginning of the time window and at the end of the time window.

Any Variance (generally a [[Delay]]) is due to the events on the [[Critical Path]] within the window period.

Also referred to as Time Slice Analysis.
