- 5 months lead time to the mast foundation contract before the cable car contractor can get access to the foundation for a 10 months installation works.
- The cable car contractor's installation is followed by the last 2 months of their overall 6 months testing and commissioning.
- This is then followed by a 4 months of Test & Trial Running.
The 27 months programme of cable car's manufacturing, delivery, installation and test and commissioning is based on the extract of the supplier's programme.
